Yes, it’s totally free! You will get access to all activities and resources, allowing you to have an experience for one day as if you were a full member.

Sessions are a full day which runs from 10am until 4pm.
Is there food?
Yes, we offer food at the centre at a low additional cost. Sourced from a reputable external company and prepared by a professional chef. This allows our participants to choose from a delicious variety of options that cater to different tastes and preferences. We aim to provide enjoyable meals that enhance the overall experience at our centre!

Do carers have to attend?
Yes, if you typically require a carer, we ask that one accompanies you during your visits. While our dedicated staff members facilitate and run a variety of engaging activities at the centre, we do not provide personal care services. If you require assistance with administering medication, physical personal care, or ongoing supervision, it is essential for your carer to be present to ensure your needs are met. Due to the high volume of participants, we are unable to accommodate all the diverse needs and demands of individuals without proper support. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and having a carer with you allows us to provide the best experience possible.
